Frequently Asked Questions
Straightforward answers about our service delivery, pricing limits, and support worker matching.
QWhich NDIS plan management types do you accept?
As an approved, registered NDIS provider (Provider ID: 4-JSNRR2A), Bridgeway Care accepts NDIA-managed (agency-managed), plan-managed, and self-managed NDIS participants across Melbourne’s west.
QAre your support workers screened and qualified?
Yes. Every Bridgeway Care worker holds an active NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC), Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid & CPR certifications, and undergoes mandatory NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission compliance training.
QHow do you handle worker matching and language preferences?
We consider personality, routines, care requirements, communication needs and preferred language when matching workers. You can request languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Tagalog or Arabic, and we will confirm whether a suitably skilled worker is currently available; a specific match cannot be guaranteed.
QDo you charge out-of-pocket fees or exit fees?
No. All our supports are billed strictly in accordance with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We never charge hidden setup fees, out-of-pocket surcharges, or exit penalties.
QHow fast can a support worker start after referral?
Start dates depend on the requested support, onboarding requirements, risk assessment, schedule and current worker availability. Our Truganina team confirms a realistic date before the service agreement is finalised; no fixed start time is guaranteed.
