These Terms of Service govern your use of BridgeWay Care's NDIS disability support services. As a registered NDIS provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered support services in compliance with all applicable Australian laws and NDIS requirements.
Please read these terms carefully. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BridgeWay Care services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
These terms apply to all users of our services, including NDIS participants, their families, carers, and representatives.
2. NDIS Services Description
BridgeWay Care is a registered NDIS provider offering disability support services across Australia.
Our services are provided in accordance with your NDIS plan and are subject to NDIS funding availability.
Service delivery is contingent upon NDIS plan approval and may be modified based on plan reviews or changes in circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse services that fall outside our registration scope or qualifications.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information about your needs, circumstances, and NDIS plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or personal information.
You must notify us immediately of any changes to your NDIS plan, contact details, or support needs.
You agree to treat our staff with respect and maintain a safe environment during service delivery.
4. Service Limitations
Our services are limited to those covered by your NDIS plan and our registration scope.
We do not provide medical treatment or clinical services unless specifically registered to do so.
Service availability may be limited by geographic location, staff availability, and NDIS funding.
Emergency services are not provided - contact emergency services (000) for urgent medical assistance.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and health information.
Information may be shared with NDIS, healthcare providers, or emergency services as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance as required by NDIS registration.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from service provision.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or misleading conduct.
